From the time she “borrowed” a floppy disk from her school’s computer lab at the age of 12 to type her first story, Joy Lewis has been dreaming up tales of adventure and danger for most of her life.

In 2017, she graduated summa cum laude from Middle Tennessee State University with a B.A. in English and writing and minor in sexuality studies. She writes romantasy, epic fantasy, and retellings.

She lives in Tennessee where she can be found in her garden when not writing.
